I solve problems, not industries
I'm Karol Atkielski. I developed my own working model for analysing complex business and strategic problems
across sectors.
My work combines practical experience, human judgement, cross-sector thinking, independent research and
advanced AI tools. The goal is not another generic presentation. The goal is a useful answer, a clearer decision,
an overlooked risk, a new perspective or information that changes the way you see the problem.
I prefer proof of work over promises. Judge the work by its reasoning, evidence and usefulness.
Problem Intelligence
Problem Intelligence is my human-led method for turning complex, fragmented or unfamiliar problems into
structured, decision-ready analysis. It combines independent research, multiple AI systems, verification, critical
questioning, contradiction testing and human judgement.
I do not start with a recycled consulting template or the assumption that the usual answer must be the right
one. I start with the actual problem.
Most people start by looking for an answer. I start by asking whether the right question has been asked.
Solving the wrong problem perfectly is still the wrong result.
AI expands the range and speed of my analysis, but it does not replace my judgement. I decide what questions
need to be asked, compare outputs from different tools, challenge assumptions, look for contradictions, reject
hallucinations, verify critical claims and connect the dots into one coherent result.
